自動(dòng)電芯上料,電芯定位,電芯整 平,電芯掃碼測(cè)試,極耳裁切,電芯尾部貼膠、底殼人工上工裝夾具,裝開關(guān),裝保護(hù)板、自動(dòng)鎖保護(hù)板螺絲,自動(dòng)貼底殼、雙面膠、電芯上 底殼，電芯TOP面貼泡棉,掃碼,激光焊接,焊點(diǎn)檢測(cè)、焊點(diǎn)不良排除,半成品檢測(cè), NTC固定，蓋上蓋，保壓、上蓋鎖螺絲，激光鐳雕/SN燒錄，貼裝飾片、自動(dòng)下產(chǎn)品,治具回流,尺寸檢測(cè),不良品排除、自動(dòng)裝料框,疊泡棉,自動(dòng)出料等功能。
